This past week, we brought you a report in which a lady accused Trey Songz of punching her and then tossing her phone off a cliff during his Hollywood Hills party.
Still on the case, the alleged victim has filed a restraining order against Trey Songz so that she can return to work in several of the nightclubs that Mr. Steal-Yo-Girl likes to frequent in L.A.
Attorney Lisa Bloom, who is representing the unidentified woman said:
“We are taking this step today to protect my client’s right to peacefully live and work, and we will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement’s investigation of this serious matter. We are asking just one of them with a conscience to reach out to us and tell us what they saw.”
Trey Songz lawyer, Shawn Holley, also gave a statement which reads thus:
“Trey has not spoken with Ms. Buera nor has he attempted to speak with her since the night of the gathering.”
